Rep. French Hill, a Republican, is running against Democrat Clarke Tucker in the race to represent Arkansas’ 2nd Congressional District. Hill has represented the district in the House since 2015.
Hill did not face a challenger in the May 22 Republican primary; Tucker won the Democratic primary with 57.8 percent of the vote.
The district went for President Trump, a Republican, in 2016 by a margin of 10.7 points. Trump won Arkansas by 26.9 points.
Arkansas has four House seats, all of which are held by Republicans.
